ELIZABETH R. WALTERS

Elizabeth has practiced law in Virginia for more than 30 years. After graduating from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1995, she joined a larger firm in Abingdon and spent her career representing clients in courts throughout Southwest Virginia.

In 2024, Elizabeth founded Abingdon Estate Services to focus on what families need most after a loss: clear guidance, careful work, and someone to carry the burden.

Elizabeth and her husband, Chris, live in Abingdon. They have three adult children.
